Romans 1:17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”
Buzzwords describe new ideas, technology, or trends and are often used to change the thinking and culture of a people group. Buzzwords are “short-hands” for complex concepts, making communication faster and more efficient within a specific group of people.
The Biblical buzzword of a child of God should be “I live by faith”. Faith based living is the paradigm shift for everyone who accepts Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. This shift renews our mind by the Word of God and instills faith. So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ (Romans 10:17) The Gospel reveals the righteousness of God. God is just. God’s wrath against our wickedness and wrongdoings was reattributed to the untainted blood of Jesus. Jesus was a proxy in our place. He took our punishment to make us spot-free and sin-free. In short “Faith makes us righteous and gives us the right to inherit God’s rich blessings”. Faith makes us co-heirs of heaven.
It is only by faith we believe that our miserable past, bloodline curses, consequences of iniquities, bondages, and stigmatizing shame have been washed away by the divine detergent – the blood of Jesus. The righteous “breathe faith, think faith, talk faith, walk faith, action faith and live faith”.
When the accusing devil reminds you of the past and throws condemnation and judgement, open the “faith clandestine” and pull out the “deed of forgiveness and annulment” that is sealed with the blood of Jesus, and toss it on his face.
“Faith based living is our lifestyle; our livelihood and our lifeline.”
Biblical Buzzwords:
1. Lifestyle: Our standard of living is based on faith not facts. We only believe what the scripture says and not the news or social media.
2. Livelihood: The currency and livelihood that converts our prayers and petitions into profound miracles is faith.
3. Lifeline: We are saved by grace through faith. Faith gives us 24/7 access to God. Faith is our lifeline to heaven.
Biblical Buzzwords will be our standard of living and the quality of our life.
Prayer: Divine Saviour, teach me to enjoy the lifestyle of heaven and divine riches with the currency of faith. Amen.
