The Daily Bread of Life:
1. Grain-Rich: Grain-rich bread is a good source of fiber and helps with the heart-health and manages weight and regulates blood sugar. Similarly, reading, retaining and ruminating on the Word of God builds faith, guards the heart and heals the mind of erratic emotional tantrums.
2. Gut-Health: As a healthy choice of bread aids gut-health, God’s word is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:18). Scripture declutters garbage in our spiritual system.
3. Glycemic-Index: Grain-rich breads lower glycemic-index and regulate blood sugar levels. God’s Word protects our mind from indulging in materialism, compromising our values, or drifting into egotism.
God’s Word is the choicest “Living Bread” that we can partake several times a day.
