1 Kings 18:46 The power of the Lord came on Elijah and, tucking his cloak into his belt, he ran ahead of Ahab all the way to Jezreel.
Legs of faith will outrun the chariots and horses. Elijah ran from Mount Carmel to Jezreel for 17-25 miles and outran Ahab’s chariot. Elijah was not a marathon runner but he was a prophet of God who was anointed with fire and power. It was the anointing that empowered Prophet Elijah with supernatural legs of faith to run ahead of the chariots of Ahab.
Supernatural legs of faith will outrun any worldly force; Legs of faith can beat the fastest, fiercest and the most forceful worldly/human power. Those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Those who put their trust in the Lord will out-beat the force of gravity, the laws of physics and break all human/natural limitations.
Faith is not intimidated by the influence, opulence or the potential of others. Legs of faith can out-beat those who are more talented, skilled, qualified or experienced. It is not demoralized by knowledge, intelligence or smartness of others. Elijah ran with bear legs for over 25 kilometers at supersonic speed that puzzled the wicked King Ahab. Legs of faith are power geared by supernatural anointing.
Don’t be intimidated by anyone who appears to be smarter, more eloquent or intelligent than you. Legs of faith that are anointed by the Lord will overtake the first and the best!
Just trust in the Lord and grow anointed legs of faith. Anointed legs of faith petrify hell!
Legs of Faith:
1. Outpace: Legs of faith will outpace the trends and talents. Legs of faith move swiftly at the pace of the Holy Spirit.
2. Outperform: Legs of faith will help us to outperform the most intelligent and wise. For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:25a).
3. Outrun: Legs of faith will outrun the strongest, smartest and the shrewdest.

“Trust and tenacity anoints our legs of faith with supernatural power”.
Prayer: Almighty God, ‘the God of the universe’, anoint me with supernatural power to outrun the enemy and break natural limitations. Amen.
