1 John 4:4 “You are from God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world”
Insider information is a secret that could affect the stock prices of a corporation. National security insider information of a country is sensitive, confidential, or classified information about a country’s security, policies, or operations that is known only to people inside the government or security agencies. Sensitive information are very powerful and influential.
As children of God we have “insider information” about the spiritual realm and the future from the Word of God. Nothing and no one can harm us when we are knowledgeable, prudent and discerning. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge (Hosea 4:6). It is the lack of knowledge that allows people to open the door to the enemy. The lack of knowledge about their rights, privileges and responsibilities; the ignorance of God’s commands and conditions and the illiteracy of deep secrets of the scriptures make them vulnerable and defenseless.
When we face trials and tests, the insider information that keeps us strong and bold is that the One in us is greater than the one in the world. God is greater than the health, financial or emotional problem. He is bigger than the doctor’s diagnosis, banker’s predictions and the career turbulence. When the Lord God is magnified our problems are nullified.
God doesn’t grow in size when we praise and magnify Him. “Oh magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together” (Psalm 34:3). He was, is and will be the All-Powerful, All-Mighty and All-Surpassing God. When we gain knowledge and revelation about Him, He becomes BIGGER and BIGGER and fills our heart that fear, foreboding and frailty will be kicked out of our mind and heart.
The Greater One is in You:
- Know: We must know the One who is in us. If we fail to get to know the resurrected power of God, we will live broke, sick and depressed.
- Knowledge: Gain Knowledge.”The heart of the discerning seeks knowledge” (Proverbs 15:14).
- Knowhow: Knowledge that becomes revelation in our heart is “knowhow”. Knowhow is knowledge in action.
We have “insider information” to defeat the diabolical forces of hell.
Prayer: Dearest Lord Jesus, I will magnify you and make you bigger than the peril. Amen.
