Acts 5:15 As a result of the apostles’ work, sick people were brought out into the streets on beds and mats so that Peter’s shadow might fall across some of them as he went by.
“Being overshadowed by God’s presence is to be enveloped in His presence, protection and power.”
Healing anointing flows under the shadow of the Most-High. The Apostle Peter was overshadowed by the presence of the resurrected Saviour. Hence, his shadow was consumed and overshadowed by the one who clothed him with power and the spirit of glory. As Peter walked on the streets, it was not the shadow of Peter that healed the sick. It was the shadow of Jesus that overshadowed him and healed the diseased, distressed and depressed. Immediately they were set free from their affliction! Peter carried God’s presence and the power of God flowed through his shadow.
Healing is not an option in the Bible. It is our birthright, inhabitation and inheritance. Our Lord Jesus was scourged, pierced and crucified to set us free. He endured the cross to break the curse of sickness, sin and shame. Jesus paid the price. He has settled the medical bills in full on the cross. So don’t accept chronic illness or any genetic disorder from your generational bloodline. The antidote is His Word. For they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body (Proverbs 4:22). They bring healing to every organ in the body. His Word keeps us under God’s healing shadow.
Be overshadowed by the Almighty and enjoy divine health.
Overshadowed and Healed:
- Healing: Speak the Word of God over yourself. Treat it like prescription medication and take it 3 times a day – morning, noon and night. What medical science cannot heal, the Word of God will heal. His Word heals “all disease”.
- Health: The vitamins and supplements that keep us healthy in our body are hidden in the pages of the scriptures. Overshadowed by the Almighty, Moses enjoyed remarkable health until he died at the age of 120. He did not suffer from cataract and natural vigor did not abate.
- Habitats: The healing anointing habitats in the shelter of His shadow.
Healing anointing overshadows those who dwell under the shelter of the Almighty.
Prayer: Father Divine, I will remain under Your shadow to enjoy the divine healing and become a conduit of the healing anointing. Amen.
