04 May 2026 – Rejection – Part 5

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

The sting of racism leaves deep wounds and permanent scars on people. The United Nations (UN Human Rights) fights against racism but it still exists subtly in various forms.

Jesus was the greatest leader of all who broke the bars of racism and rejection. The Bible categorically states that there is no discrimination based on race, status or sex. The Lord transformed the mediocre mindset and the thinking pattern of the early apostles by a divine revelation to Peter. The message came to Peter in a vision, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean” (Acts 10:15). The Lord God sent Peter to the house of a God-fearing Italian regiment, Cornelius, to minister and share the gospel. Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears Him and does what is right (Acts 10:34-35). The Lord created everyone in His own image. Discriminating based on caste, creed or country would be detestable to the Lord.

Rahab, a prostitute from Jericho (modern day Palestinian) and the Moabitess Ruth were welcomed into the genealogy of Jesus as they chose to accept the Lord God Almighty as their God leaving behind their pagan beliefs and customs. The prayers of a sincere Italian Brigadier General echoed in heaven as a memorial offering. There is no discrimination in heaven and if we pray, “Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”, then not even a stench of rejection based on racism should be found in our domain of influence.

God does not discriminate:

  1. Slave: The Lord God detests rejection based on status, class or position. If classism based on caste is found in churches, we can be rest assured that Christ is not present there.
  2. Sect: The eyes of God do not see our ethnicity or nationality. He accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.
  3. Sex: God created male and female but He does not discriminate based on gender. Don’t discriminate or recreate God’s creation.

Discrimination is detestable to the Lord.

Prayer: Father God, help me to see everyone through your eyes as precious people. Amen.
