Joshua 1:8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
Every organization has bylaws, rules, and guiding principles that help employees succeed and function effectively. The bylaws govern the operations while the code of conduct elaborates the corporate ethics and behaviours. Core values or principles are the guiding culture of the corporate. To be successful and prosperous an employee must adhere to the rules, bylaws and principles of a corporation.
To succeed in every sphere of life, the Word of God gives us the bylaws, rules and guiding principles. The Lord gave Joshua the golden rules to become prosperous and successful. When Joshua succeeded Moses, he had big shoes to fill. The Lord God gave him strategies to defeat the fear of rejection, the fear of the giants and the fear of inadequate proficiencies. A new leader would always be compared to the previous one who was loved and adored. Joshua had to gain self-confidence to defeat the fear of rejection. Then he had to lead the people into the territory of the giants. He was not a trained military leader. The battle strategies were given to him as he spent time in God’s presence. Joshua filled his mind with the instruction from the Book of the Law and inscribed his heart with the Word of God. The Word of God written in his heart bubbled as words, strategies and actions. Meditating, proclaiming and actioning divine principles is the secret to success.
“Every challenge on the earth must first be won in the spiritual realm before it manifests in the natural realm”.
